General Manager providing on-site supervision to 31 student employees. Facilitate conversation with large-scale regular donors for the Field and Fork Pantry and the Gator Career Closet. Coordinate large-scale events with collaboration of departments and clubs in the UF community.

    • February 2017 - February 2018

Operations manager providing on-site supervision and facilitated training, development, and continuing education to 14 student employees. Oversight of the Field and Fork Food Pantry and Gator Career Closet operations, developing and implementing a marketing plan to increase the visibility of these two resources.

Managed clerical responsibilities such as answering emails and completing weekly reports of transactions and inventory. Spread awareness of the Field and Fork Food Program through numerous presentations in classrooms and club meetings.

    • May 2016 - June 2016

Coordination of methods for implementation of a sustainability project under the ‘clean India’ governmental program focused on health and sanitation. Submitted research proposal, conducted surveys and analyzed results from two villages in India, later implementing workshops that targeted the specific needs of each village.

Leadership
  • Emergency Dean on-call               

Served on-call for one week every semester to support any student related night time or weekend emergency issue. Duties include immediate response to the hospital until family arrives, and working with the Dean of Students and Associate/Assistant Deans during more serious issues.

  • Protest Safety Team

Provide immediately respond to protests and marches, communicate with protest leaders, ensure safety of protestors and spectators, facilitate demands to present petitions or speak to administrators, communicate to impacted offices, and manage the protest until its conclusion.

  • International Scholars Ambassador

Organized and supported the facilitation of Coffee Without Borders, a monthly student-driven initiative that aims to bring together students from a variety of backgrounds, interests and majors each month to connect around global and cultural topics.

  • MentorUF

Developed a close personal relationship with mentees during the after school program that met once a week for children in elementary school to receive emotional and academic support from a young adult in the community.

  • National Society of Leadership and Success

Developed a large network of innovators who participated in speaker broadcasts and engaged in team building events that focused on sustainable development. Participated in community involvement activities in the form of fundraising and holding food drives.
